From Chirk to Llanarmon Dyffryn Ceiriog, the Ceiriog Valley Walk is made up of 12 miles and seven separate stages of fairly gentle hiking through pastures and woodland, along riverbanks and ancient trails, via villages and hamlets, all set amidst the peace and tranquillity of some of the most stunning countryside Britain has to offer.

ProAdventure is based in Llangollen, one of the best UK adventure holiday locations, just an hours drive from home for millions of people. The town is nestled snugly in the Dee Valley among high green hills. We are sure to plan an adventure that you will remember!

We provide off-road guided quad biking trails for up to 3 people across North Wales and Denbighshire with the latest Polaris Phoenix 200 road legal quad bikes (all are 55reg). You are guided for a full day's trail ride along off-road tracks, green lanes and by-ways over mountain , through valleys, up rocky; climbs and down muddy slopes for a days ride out experience in unspoilt countryside with stunning views and breath taking scenery
 

Pandy Mill Gallery is an independent art gallery situated in the heart of the Ceiriog Valley in North Wales. The gallery is owned by Jan and Richard Singleton. Jan and Richard have lived  in the Netherlands for the past 20 years and moved to Pandy in the summer of 2005. Jan is  an established glass artist and Richard teaches physics and supports Jan in any technical  aspects of her work. Jan and Richard are both totally committed to a vision of promoting the visual arts within the local community and beyond. The gallery will display the work of artists from throughout Europe.

Fishing

Wile away the day in the midst of some wonderful scenery with your rod and the river for company.

The river Ceiriog provides excellent trout with day tickets available (March & October) for some lovely stretches of water.

The West Arms Hotel itself own the rights to 1.5 mile of river stretch. The nearby river Dee offers salmon fishing all year round (also rod hire, tuition etc.)

Two trout farms are also located in the Ceiriog valley, visitors welcome. Fishermen please bring your own rod, equipment, licence etc.
